As a general rule, if I can see people across the street playing tennis through my window, I feel safe. If not, then I feel a little uneasy. It has been raining all day today and there are mini floods in the baseball diamonds and tennis courts, so.
Also, Jason complains every time it rains in Toronto. It usually puts him in a bad mood. It started raining the second I stepped outside this morning. The second! It was one of those hear-the-rain-before-see-the-rain dealies. Agh!
Speaking of Jason, just in case it is not blaringly obvious, we are dating "officially." The official date is August 25th, please send your monthly anniversary gifts accordingly. But, if it was up to me it would have been two months earlier. But apparently there are rules you have to follow, asking people to be your girlfriend over msn when they are in New Hampshire for the summer and you are not would be the main one.
And to share my girly dream fantasies, since my diary has been lacking anything slightly exciting lately, I want to marry him and have his half-Korean babies. Two of them. Named Andrew and Beth (not short for Elisabeth, which so has to be spelt with an S and not a Z, but just Beth). The boy would be first so the girl can have an older brother. And at ages 7 and 5, we can get a dog (Jason's decision) which would be a chocolate lab named Ladybird (my decision).
And not to get mushy or anything but just seeing him makes me forget that I live in an Oshawa pseudo-ghetto and that somewhere, in someone, I have a home.
In other pseudo-ghetto news: there have been two flies flying around my apartment lately because I like leaving my balcony door open and they never fly back out. Only in. And I don't have a flyswatter because Kris stole everything of ours that we only had one of. Like our TV/VCR combo and all of our towels.
Oh, and James our cat who was in her name and thus legally hers. Damn her, damn her I say.
I need a haircut.
