I still here trains at night, when the wind is right.

I've lived in rural Ontario for most of my life, and I have to move to downtown Toronto before I can hear trains from my room. It's funny how things like that work out.

Sam came down this weekend. Primarily to see the Taking Back Sunday show with me. Wow. After seeing them in Montreal in around 2002, I never thought that I would ever say that they were a good band to see live, but they are an amazing band to see live. Maybe it's the new memebers or maybe it's just because Adam can sing now but it's one of the better shows I've been to in awhile. It was sad that the average age was about 12 and no matter where we stood we couldn't escape the grade nine girls drinking Red Bull, but that's what you have to put up with when you go see a band like TBS.

They played New American Classic on acoustic and Cute without the E as the encore. I don't know if it was meant to be a Garden State reference but they threw in a "you're once, twice, three times a lady" in Cute without the E. Hmmm.

Oh yeah, I saw it for the third time this weekend. Still amazing.
