Wow. Danny Michel has to be the cutest man ever. Because when you can request an audience to sing along as if they were on a Viking ship and then it actually does sound like a Viking ship, that is not only impressive but makes me love you. And then have Luke Doucet singing back up Glen Hansard-style: even more impressive.
Question: what separates me from The Frames?
Answer: Luke Doucet's back up singing style.
I've thought about dedicating an entire page of this diary to One Degree of Separation from The Frames. It would fill up fast, but I don't know how much outside interest there would be. Anyway, this is off-topic. But I'm done now anyway, so it doesn't matter.
* This is roughly a line from a song that Danny Michel wrote about seeing Lindy play one song at the Rivoli in a sparkly unitard and space helmet. It included other lines about how tall Lindy is (roughly seven feet) and something about spaceships.
This entry is getting edited for the purpose of adding this, which is dedicated entirely to Jason:

Why would I not be Shroeder. Music is the only interesting thing in my life. And I would just like to add that for "my best characteristic or trait" I put thoughtfulness because apparently I care about the affairs of other people to the point where it stresses me out days on end.
