So pace the stairs to your apartment like it's where you want to be.

I bought The Origin of Species today. I don't really know why. Part of the reason was because it was on sale and I can't not buy things that are on sale. We were at the World's Biggest Bookstore looking for Kris's book about the Medici's ("extra cheese?! Who do you think I am, Lorenzo di Medici?!"). She also bought Lonely Planet's book on Dublin. There is an entire paragraph dedicated to The Frames.

(I like playing six degrees of separation from the Frames in one degree. Example: what connects me to the Frames? Kris's Dublin book. And that's how that game works. I mostly play when I'm walking down my street to my house when I'm bored and don't have music to listen to.)

As a sidenote: my street is about a kilometre long and you can see all the way to the bottom of it from the top. Jason calls it the conveyer belt, because honestly, you walk and walk and walk and don't get anywhere.

As another sidenote: Kris's knowledge of art history comes in handy when you want to know why Simpsons quotes are funny, or how Chad Kroeger looks like Albrecht Durer (which I would like to point out that she noticed long before everyone else did).

That's all for my sidenotes. I was just going to enter a Matt Good contest before I relaized the prize was his entire cd catalogue. I already have all of them (!!!) except for Lo-Fi B-sides (which noone has) and I doubt the contest is giving it away anyway. Obviously, Chart just wants to give a prize away to lukewarm Matt Good fans.

I have this new obsession with Taking Back Sunday. I don't know where it came from.
