So lay down on that couch and sing for me.

I realized that the Plain White T's played here a couple of nights ago, possibly the same night as the Weakerthans, I don't know. But anyway it was about 12 hours too late. Point of this story being that Kevin Devine played with them and I've been hearing alot about him in various Toronto newspapers (or some other place, but free Toronto newspapers are the only kind that I ever read) and would have enjoyed seeing him. It was at the Kathedral though and that place generally scares me. Someone brought me there to see Courtesy Blush and it was scary how much scene it was. Everyone knew eachother. I was introduced to over 20 people in the span of two hours. But anyway, actual point of this story being that Kevin Devine is just Bright Eyes done a thousand times better. People may hate me for saying that but it is true.

This is just how like Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs is the book that Matthew Good wished he wrote. At least before he went all anti-war, anti-government. I mean "and that's when I realized that teenage girls were the new teenage boys, which is why the Dixie Chicks are the new Van Halen, which is why Country music is awesome." Maybe, rather, Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs is the book I wish Matthew Good wrote. I think that's more it.

Oh yeah. I bought this Keystone video camera from like 1950. I won a Salvation Army auction I forgot I bid for. It works but I can't see through the viewfinder. There's probably something wrong with the lens. Which is bad. But if it ever works expect to have to sit through grainy, black and white, no sound videos. Well, if you know me in real life.

Where did my counter go?
